All In is the tenth and final episode of the third season of Ozark. It aired on March 27, 2020 on Netflix.

Synopsis[]

While Wendy battles personal demons, Marty struggles to keep their lives from falling apart. Darlene does Ruth a favor.

Plot[]

Nelson, Marty and Ruth cremate Ben's body at the funeral home. Lagunas cartel members attack Navarro's son's baptism. Helen suggest to Navarro that, in light of the Byrde's recent actions, she should have control of Byrde Enterprises for his children's protection. Maya has Sam arrested for suspected money laundering. Ruth and Wendy argue about Ben's and Cade's deaths, leading to Ruth quitting the casino job. Wendy makes a call with Navarro to tell the Byrde's side of the story, in hopes of entrenching themselves into the Cartel when she suspects Helen is still angry about Ben.

Wendy and Marty realize the way to win Navarro over is to end the cartel war, by using Jonah's drone footage of the Lagunas cartel attack on the KC Mob. Marty provides still photos from Jonah's video of the attack on Cosgrove's truck to Maya, resulting in the arrests of several Lagunas members.

Darlene avenges Ruth by shooting and wounding Frank Jr.‘s groin, then brings Frank Sr. into her business as a peace offering. Jonah confronts Helen at gunpoint about Ben's death, but Helen talks him out of shooting her by revealing that it was Wendy who okayed Ben’s death.

Maya tells Marty Trevor gave Helen a copy of the confession Marty made to Maya. Navarro requires Wendy, Marty and Helen to attend his son's second baptism. Upon arrival, Nelson kills Helen and Navarro tells Marty and Wendy that this is the beginning of increased cooperation between the three of them.
