Personality[]
"Well, one thing you'd better know walking in. Cosgrove's a psycho. You look at him wrong, he'll gut you." -Buddy Dieker warning Marty about Cosgrove's unpredictable nature.
Frank Cosgrove Sr. was a short tempered, arrogant, vindictive, self-centered, and impatient man. He has no time for poor results or blatant disrespect from his associates, and displeasing him often resulted in destruction of property, or an assault just shy of homicide.
Cosgrove would often fall back after members of his crew or family were threatened or killed, but those incidents would be often overlooked if Cosgrove were offered more profit.
