Synopsis[]
Ruth makes a play for the casino with some help from a familiar face. Wendy cozies up to Omar's sister and arranges a meeting with Clare.
Plot[]
Marty returns home from Mexico and learns from Wendy that new legal obstacles have arisen in their attempts to remove Navarro from the SDN list. He realizes that Camila ordered the hit on Navarro, as she was the only one he told about the extradition plan.
Ruth partners with Rachel - who has since moved to Miami - to buy out the Byrdes' casino. After Wendy rejects their initial offer, the two learn that Ruth has a large claim to Wyatt's estate, potentially allowing her to inherit Darlene's shares in the casino.
Mel spots Nelson in security footage at the restaurant where Ben and Wendy were last seen; Maya identifies Nelson as the cartel's enforcer. Without Marty's input, Wendy enlists Camila's help in forcing Clare to resume financing the Byrde foundation. Camila visits Navarro in the hospital, where Wendy proposes that Camila replace Marty as acting head of the cartel until Navarro is taken off the SDN list; Marty is forced to agree despite distrusting Camila.
On the drive home, Marty, seething at Wendy for repeatedly making major decisions without him, experiences road rage and viciously beats an angry driver.
