Tommy Walsh was a gangster in the KC Mob and one of Frank Junior's friends as well as an employee of Frank Cosgrove Sr. He cooperated with Trevor Evans to gain information about the Navarro cartel. He tried doing this by pursuing a relationship with Helen Pierce's daughter Erin. He eventually gets killed by the Lagunas Cartel while trying to drop off money for Ruth Langmore.
